Can i get cost for recovery was sold a dodgy car!?

Hi, I bought a car yesterday from a dealer off the internet and i got it home 60miles away with a few problems temp hit 100! Took car to a garage to get it looked at it had a major overheating problem with the heater matrix and rad. Cost me 40 quid for diagnostics! Rang dealer up they said they would fix problem but NOT refund me under any cirstances. I had to get car to them which recovery cost me 200 quid! they wont refund this to me. If i wanted to take this to trading standards do i have a leg to stand on legally once the car is fixed. When i rang thedealer he kept trying to fob me off saying it will be fine etc!

Do I have the right to take the dog for my own?

Take the dogs with you. Don't let your sister pay you back. If an emergency happens while the dog is at your sister's and mom's place, whos going to handle it? Your sister? Your mom? They have no money. They shouldn't be taking care of the dogs if they cant take care of themselves.

I don't even use tobacco products, but this new federal and state tax has gone too far. My wife smokes and due to us being out of work has cut back and is trying to quit. The problem is that she started rolling her own to save money due to being unemployed. This saved her about half of what she was paying for prepackaged cigarettes plus had the added advantage of making it that more difficult to smoke due to the time consumed by rolling her own. But low and behold just as we are saving money by buying bulk tobacco at $25 a pound the government (state & federal) tax it and in turn overnight the price goes up to $75-$80 a pound. The loose cigarette tobacco turns out to have had the highest taxes levied on it. What is next ammunition, alcohol, gasoline, electricity? Where does it ever end, with all of us in a forced tax labor camp? I hope to see many thousands of tobacco users at the tea party's next week, because in my opinion it is time to REVOLT<>REVOLT<>REVOLT

It was sad to see. Limbaugh is basically a radio actor, while Steele is a politician. Limbaugh could never be a politician, and represents everything that's wrong with the current Republican party. (physically and idealistically)

well with all barista, mochas, ccd, pizza huts, domino's, malls etc. & we have to go out with friends, that means consuming all unnecessary food that will just harm us...how to avoid eating outside especially with friends, if v say no then they will consider either v dont have enough money or we are dieting...in both ways will make fun of us .....SO WHAT IS THE BEST OPTION TO EAT OUTSIDE?
