What is this, is it normal at 8 weeks or at all?

When i woke up this morning I had to barf like every morning so of course my tummy was empty. Yellow stuff came up, a little bit of blood was mixed in, not much only like a spit of it. I blew my nose after and there was a tiny bit of blood on the tissue mixed in with the boogers(sorry). What is that yellow stuff? Has that happen to anyone else? Thank You!
