Socket Recovery? Best answer gets 10 points!!!?

Hey there! I had my wisdom teeth surgically removed on August 21, 2010 so they have been out for a little over a month. I had 2 dry sockets that were packed for 2 weeks as well. My top sockets are almost all closed up but my bottom sockets are still open and still get food in them. I use the water pick after every meal so luckily I have not developed an infection or kept food in the sockets. It is normal to still have holes that are around the size of a birth control pill that big after a month? Should I make an appointment since they seem to not be healing? Or is this just a time thing?
