Forget about Kansas City?

What about moving the Islanders to Portland or Seattle. They have to nice arenas the Rose Garden, and Key Arena that could be used for a hockey game. Plus the only team really in the Northwest corner of the USA is Vancouver and their not even in the USA. Or what about San Francisco as a place where they can move?
