Will modern warfare 3 online play be any better ?

Every year the online gameplay is the same, only thing new is maps and maybe a few new guns. Come on, call of duty is the best war game out there. Why can't they change anything up ? Madden and sports games also add a new aspect to their games. Why can't call of duty do the same. Ok, they added wager matches? Colored clan tags and gold guns, awesome if you want to prestige 13 and 14 times before you can use that feature. What does everyone think about this?
