Can i get cost for recovery was sold a dodgy car!?

Hi, I bought a car yesterday from a dealer off the internet and i got it home 60miles away with a few problems temp hit 100! Took car to a garage to get it looked at it had a major overheating problem with the heater matrix and rad. Cost me 40 quid for diagnostics! Rang dealer up they said they would fix problem but NOT refund me under any cirstances. I had to get car to them which recovery cost me 200 quid! they wont refund this to me. If i wanted to take this to trading standards do i have a leg to stand on legally once the car is fixed. When i rang thedealer he kept trying to fob me off saying it will be fine etc!
