American women vs. uncircised men?

Why are alot of american women grossed out by an uncircised man when majority of the worlds men are uncircised. I even see sometimes when they go to far to say "if he is uncut then he better not come near me." Some even get freaked out. Does it really matter if he is or not when you love him.
