Are you a retail management star? How do you do it?

I am a key ociate which is the same as a shift supervisor for a large nationally known retail pharmacy (I don't think I can say which one)...but, sadly we do not out perform any other store and our DM always comes to our store and gives us a huge list of things we did wrong...sorry
