Can i save Somalia from Somalians to Somalia?

Well Iam a Somalian, and I was 18yrs old when i left home and losted every thing i ever knew, then i started new life and try to forget past but that is becoming imposible, i feel my home country needs me and its a responsibilty, iam not a politican n iam not verry well educated only upto highschool back home, yet here iam thinking to figure out how to organise a large group of peacefull people who will and can save somalians from somalians, verry tough task i think but will like to do if i only knew where to begin, what it will be the first thing to do? i dont know may be i will get some ideas from you or someone who had being on this road b4. yes or may be iam dreaming and i need to wake up..please no rude comments. thank you all.
