Chili Lime sauce?

Is it a marinade? I asked this question about 15 mins ago but it shot down to the bottom and no one answered it. I have the sauce but it appears to be very thick. Im cooking either on a frying pan a microwave oven or a George Foreman Grill. Suggestions on how to get plain grilled chicken Chili Lime style for a wrap?
