Is this a good pokemon platinum team? rate it?

ehh i would change some moves around on torterra, staravia, and luxray. Also if u come in contact with an ice pokemone thats half ur team garchomp, staravia, and torterra all one and done agaisnt a decent ice trained pokemon. Over all its not great i wouldnt say good either u could put more thought into the pokes and also their moves most moves hear are one level deep u might want to make a few combos here like one pokemon to set up another. 4/10 i would rate it due to a huge ice weakness and simple move sets
