Pleaseeee help, In SO much pain!?

Im 16 and these past few days I have been having really bad testicular pain, tonight has been the worst, I can hardly stand, I mastubate daily, Before I masturbated tonight they weren't this sore, What could this be, Im going to a doctor on Wednesday, I have checked for lumps on the testicles but found none, I did get freaked out because I thought I felt one but it was the tube that runs up inbetween the testicles. I heard something called blue? My right leg has been kind of sore too, Help?
