WHY IS THIS TEEN GUY ACTING THIS WAY?? THANK YOU:)!?

He's just playing around! Playing hard to get maybe! He wants to know how you feel about him and when you tell him he seems surprise. If you are shy as you say so maybe you should sent him a mail or text him because i wont expect you to go and have a conversation with him! But you should find a way to talk to him and knw what he is really upto. Good luck
