Why wisdom tooth extraction in Ukraine costs $150 and in USA - $700-$1000?

In the US, the dentist has to charge much more in order to pay for malpractice insurance, since half his patients will eventually file a lawsuit against him...Also, illegal immigrants and lazy welfare recipients get free dental care, so the rest of us have to pay for it.
