I really want lilacs <3?

Alright so my last question was sunflowers and I got some really good answers!!! So now I'd like to know about lilac bushes. Are they hard to grow? I thought I'd just have to save up and buy an already muture bush since I dont have a green thumb at all. However, I would really really love to do it by myself <3 Any tips would help!
