Why do you so-called Christians love to celebrate Christmas?

Originally, Christmas was about family, and the exchange of gifts, seeing your family smile, it should bring a satisfaction. Lately it seems almost has a demand, like your family is expecting that blessing from you, and your going to make them happy, and it doesn't become a burden being Christian, but you think about the give and recieve. To give maybe a $700 - $1000 for the last 5 years. And the return maybe $300. That's only if you look at it from an investment standpoint, I don't know it brings both your families closer when your there giving, and if your not there you worry if they think you thought they were bad this year and are not getting a gift.
