I have SVT and Im 11 weeks pregnant will they do an early ultrasound on the baby?

Im 11 weeks pregnant and I have SVT (Supra ventricular Technacardyia) I started having chest pains last night I dont know if they were indigestion related or heart related it wasnt a bad pain it was just an uncomfortable feeling to wear I couldnt sleep. I worry that even though I had heart surgery to correct the problem it could be effecting the baby will they do an early ultrasound. My Ob/gyn doesnt want to do an ultrasound till Im 20 weeks she hasnt even tooken into consideration my heart problem yet because they had to get medical records from my heart doctor. I was suppost to have an appointment yesterday at the ob/gyn but they had to cancel it my insurance is transitioning from one carrier to another none are in effect so they refused care unless I paid $1000 up front. I could see $100 but where to they honestly expect me to get $1000 for a routine ob/gyn prenatal appt?
